Information for Manuscript Authors
Please read the following material carefully before you start the manuscript submission.
The authors of accepted abstracts, including plenary speech, invited speech, oral presentation, and poster presentation in PHONONS 2010, are entitled and encouraged to submit their full manuscript for publication in a special issue of Chinese Journal of Physics (CJP). The authors should read the following information carefully before they submit their manuscripts.
Manuscript Submission is a representation that the manuscript has been neither published previously nor currently submitted for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts are acceptable only in English. For the special issue of Chinese Journal of Physics, please submit your manuscript to the PHONONS online submission system ONLY. DO NOT submit your manuscript to the regular submission system of Chinese Journal Physics, which may result serious delay, or even rejection of the manuscript, in the reviewing process. The Submission deadline is April 12, 2010. We will not accept late submissions.
Manuscripts should be in a single MS Word file, with title, author list, affiliation, abstract, main text, figures, tables, and references in the file. Manuscripts must follow the exact CJP template (click here) provided by PHONONS 2010 manuscript editorial office. Manuscript authors are responsible to follow the format guidelines, otherwise it may result serious delay, or even rejection of the manuscript, in the reviewing process. Manuscripts should be limited to ten pages or less, otherwise an over-length fee ($30 USD per exceeding page) will be charged prior of the publication.
Manuscript authors and co-authors shall agree to the following:
*Accept responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted manuscript (please proofread the manuscript carefully prior to submission!);
*Release the copyright to Chinese Journal of Physics for publishing in the special topical issue of CJP.
Please have the three following electronic files ready before the submission starts.
*Cover Letter: Cover Letter should include the contact information, such as affiliation, full mailing address, e-mail, telephone and fax of the corresponding author(s), and the scientific contribution of this manuscript. The author(s) may also suggest recommended reviewers (maximum 3 recommended reviewers) with their affiliations and e-mail addresses. The cover letter can be in MS WORD, PDF or JPEG format.
*Manuscript: Please prepare your manuscript, which should include title, author list, affiliation, abstract, main text, figures, tables, and references, by following the instructions in the PHONONS 2010 Full Manuscript template. The submitted manuscript must be in MS WORD format.
*Copyright Form: The form for transfer of copyright (click here) can be downloaded from PHONONS 2010 website. Please fill out and sign the form before submission. The signed copyright form can be in MS WORD, PDF or JPEG format.

The submitted manuscript can be withdrawn by sending us a withdraw letter to manuscript.phonons2010@gmail.com directly. If you have further questions about the manuscript submission and/or CJP publication, please also write to the same email address. We will reply as quickly as possible.
